Cilantro, coriander, or Chinese parsley, is a tasty edible herb that with a plethora of health benefits, commonly added to Asian and Mexican dishes. 

It is actually one of the world’s most commonly used herbs. Its name, coriander, comes from the Greek, koris, meaning bed bug!

  • 1 tablespoon coriander seeds
  • Boiling water

Instructions: 

Add the coriander seeds in a cup, and pour the boiling water over them. Leave to steep for about 5 minutes, and strain the mixture.
